The Hydraulic butt welding machine is mainly used to cut off the irregular head and tail parts of metal strips and align the head and tail of the front and rear coils for welding, achieving continuous feeding. Its core functions include:

Cutting off the head and tail of the metal strip: The irregular parts of the head and tail of the steel strip are cut off through the shearing system to ensure the quality of subsequent welding. ‌

Precise alignment welding: Align the tail of the front coil with the head of the rear coil precisely and then weld them to form a continuous weld seam, providing stable material for the loop feeding system. ‌ ‌
Automated operation: Equipped with a PLC control system, it supports variable frequency speed regulation and stepless voltage regulation, achieving efficient automated production. ‌ ‌
Automatic centering system: quickly position the steel belt through the post-centering mechanism to reduce deviation. ‌ ‌
Precision guide rail system: The crossbeam adopts a square tube welded structure, in combination with precision guide rails, to ensure shearing and welding accuracy
