Main features
Efficient production process: It adopts continuous rolling and welding processes, featuring fast production speed and suitability for large-scale batch production.
Weld seam characteristics: The weld seam is a longitudinal straight seam. No filler material is required during the welding process, and the metal composition at the weld seam is basically the same as that of the base metal.
High dimensional accuracy: Through process control such as cold rolling and cold drawing, the tolerance of pipe diameter and wall thickness is small, and the surface finish is good.
Material adaptability: Mainly applicable to low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel and other materials, and products of different specifications (diameter, wall thickness) can be produced according to requirements.
