Slitting Line
Slitting line is composed of coil loading car, decoiler, coil guide device, leveller, cutter, stacking lifting car, loop, rectify device, slitter, waste-edge rewinder, recoiler, coil unloading car, hydraulic system, electrical system and lubrication system.
The technical core of the slitting line lies in "high-precision slitting control" and "tension coordinated management" :
Through the adjustment of the blade gap of the circular shears, the side guide position device (to ensure that the steel strip does not deviate), and the synchronous control of the servo drive, the width error (usually ≤±0.1mm) and edge quality (no burrs, flat edges) of the strip after slitting are ensured.
Maintain a stable tension throughout the entire process from uncoiling, slitting to coiling to prevent the strip from stretching, wrinkling or breaking. Especially for thin strips (less than 0.1mm) or high-strength steel, the accuracy of tension control directly determines the quality of slitting.

1. High slitting accuracy: It adopts precision circular shears and servo guiding systems, capable of slitting strips with widths ranging from 10mm to 1500mm, featuring small width errors and smooth edges.
2. Wide application range: It can handle various materials such as cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, and aluminum sheet, and can adjust the blade parameters and tension according to the characteristics of the strip.
3. Stable and reliable: Equipped with a tension closed-loop control system, belt break detection, overload protection and other devices, it reduces downtime due to faults and ensures consistency in batch production.
4. Good flexibility: Through the control system, blades can be quickly replaced and the slitting width adjusted to meet the production requirements of multiple specifications and small batches.
