Direct Square Tube Mill Line

 

FBF series direct square tube mill line is specialized for producing square pipe and rectangular pipe, adopting direct square forming technology. No need to change rollers when changing specification )

The line applies PLC control and full digital speed control system, fully automatic adjustment without changing roller moulds.

 

 

Specifications can be changed without replacing the rollers:

It breaks through the limitation of traditional production lines that require the machine to stop and replace the rollers when changing specifications. By adjusting equipment parameters (such as roller spacing, pressure, etc.), it enables rapid switching of square tubes of different specifications, reducing mechanical adjustment steps.

"Direct Square" forming technology

Directly using square billets or gradually forming the raw materials into square tubes through continuous rolling, the forming path is more direct, avoiding the material loss and precision loss in the circular transition stage of the traditional "round to square" process.

Fully automatic control

The entire process from raw material feeding, forming, welding to fixed-length cutting is fully automated, reducing manual intervention. Precise parameter control is achieved through a numerical control system.

 

 

100% Roller Sharing: One set of rollers for all pipe sizes. Reduce roller cost up to 90%; Reduce the reserve of spare parts for rolls (no need to prepare multiple sets of rolls for different specifications), lower labor costs and equipment maintenance costs.

High product precision: The "square to square" forming path is stable. Combined with automated control, the dimensional accuracy, straightness and other indicators of the pipe are better, reducing subsequent correction processes.

Easy operation: Servo control, fully automatic size changing, change size by one-click; Workers can complete parameter settings and production switches through the control system, reducing the reliance on operational skills.
