Cut To Length Line

The cut to length line is an automated production line used to cross-cut continuous steel coils (such as cold-rolled plates, hot-rolled plates, stainless steel plates, etc.) into single plates according to the set dimensions. The steel coil is released through the uncoiler, and the stress of the plate is eliminated by the leveling machine to ensure the flatness. The leveling machine is the core equipment of the cut to length line, which will be designed according to customer's precision requirement.

The shearing machines complete the lateral shearing of plates through the relative movement of the upper and lower knife frames. The material and gap of the cutting edge can be adjusted according to the thickness and hardness of the plates.
