- Raw material preparation: Unfold the coiled steel strips, correct their flatness through a straightening machine, and remove surface impurities.
- Forming processing: The steel strip is gradually bent into a tubular shape through a series of roller mould, causing the edges of the steel strip to gradually join together to form an open tube blank.
- Welding process: By using a specific welding method (high-frequency induction welding), the butt edges of the tube blanks are fused and welded to form a closed steel pipe.
- Subsequent processing: After welding, the steel pipes undergo cooling, sizing and straightening to ensure dimensional accuracy and straightness, and are finally cut into fixed-length finished products.
- Stacking, packaging and storage: The cut steel pipes are packaged, transported and stored according to the pre-set quantity.
