CNC Milling Type Cold Saw

The CNC milling type cold saw is an automated device integrating CNC technology, profiling processing technology and flying saw cutting technology. It is mainly used for following profiling milling and high-precision fixed-length cutting of long strip-shaped and irregular cross-section workpieces (such as profiles and pipes).

"CNC milling type cold saw", adopts double blades polar coordinate with two-axis motion control technology. No burrs, low noise and high-quality cutting. Suitable for medium and large diameter pipe with thick-walled and high strength. Square pipe and rectangular pipe cutting as well.

The equipment can move synchronously with the workpiece conveying line (non-static cutting), achieving fixed-length, burr-free cutting under high-speed conveying, and avoiding precision errors caused by the start and stop of the workpiece.

Built-in sensors and numerical control algorithms can correct factors such as workpiece conveying deviation and tool wear in real time, ensuring the tolerance of cutting length and the accuracy of profiling contour.
