1. Frame and clamping mechanism
- Frame: Welded with heavy-duty steel, it is equipped with anti-vibration foot pads at the bottom to prevent the precision from being affected by vibration when sawing steel pipes (especially thick-walled pipes), ensuring the overall rigidity of the equipment.
- Specialized Clamping Device: Equipped with V-shaped clamps (suitable for round steel pipes) and pneumatic/hydraulic drive units, it can automatically clamp steel pipes to prevent slippage or displacement during sawing, and at the same time avoid damaging the pipe surface.

1. High-precision fixed-length cutting: Servo feed + numerical control positioning, the cutting length error can be controlled within ±0.1-0.3mm, meeting the dimensional accuracy requirements for butt welding and butt joining after steel pipe processing (such as pipeline engineering, steel structural components).
2. Compatible with multiple specifications of steel pipes: By adjusting the clamping device and replacing the saw blade, it can saw carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, etc.
3. Excellent cross-section quality: The saw blade parameters and feed rate are optimized based on the characteristics of the steel pipe. After cutting, the cross-section is smooth, free of burrs and elliptical deformation, and no subsequent grinding treatment is required, directly meeting the downstream processing requirements.
4. Safe and convenient operation: Fully enclosed protection + automatic clamping, preventing manual holding of steel pipes close to saw blades, reducing safety risks;
