The Pipe production line is used to manufacture weld steel round pipes, square and rectangular tubes of various sizes of Ø219- Ø530 with 4-13 mm of wall thickness (round pipe), 170×170 до 400×400 mm with 4-13 mm of wall thickness (square pipe) and 260×130 до 400×200 mm with 4-13 mm of wall thickness (rectangular pipe) made of rolled steel strip, welded with a straight seam using high-frequency induction welding.
The principle of operation is based on welding the edges of the seam of the pipe billet, when heated in a magnetic field, followed by compression of the edges in automatic mode with continuous movement of the pipe billet along the line.
