Stainless Steel Tube Mill

The stainless steel tube mill line adopts a gantry roller pressing structure to produce pipe diameter ranges Φ25~ Φ 190mm and wall thickness δ 0.4-3.0mm stainless steel welded pipes.

The main equipment including: uncoiler, forming and welding, inner welding seam flattening, outer welding seam polishing, rough sizing, online annealing, precision sizing, band saw cutting, finished product collection platform, electrical control, and other parts. The raw materials, accessories, part processing, and assembly of the equipment are selected with high quality and exquisite craftsmanship. At the same time, an intelligent and sensitive motor synchronous control system is adopted to ensure the overall internal and external quality of the equipment.
