Main functions
Mechanical conveying and straightening: Through mechanical structures such as roller conveyors, push rods, and baffle plates, the steel pipes conveyed from the upstream are automatically aligned (with the same length) and sorted by specification, preventing the pipes from being skewed or stacked, and providing a regular raw material foundation for stacking.
Mechanical layer-by-layer stacking: Relying on chain-type lifting mechanisms or push plate structures, steel pipes are stacked layer by layer into stacks according to preset procedures (such as "layer-by-layer interlaced" or "parallel stacking"). The height and number of layers of the stack can be adjusted through mechanical limits or numerical control parameters, and it is suitable for common lengths of steel pipes ranging from 6m to 12m.
Manual strapping and packaging: After stacking is completed, a handheld strapping machine is used to complete the strapping. Usually, 2 to 4 horizontal strapping operations are carried out on the stack to ensure that the stack does not fall apart during transportation.
