TCT Saw Blade

TCT Circular Saw Blade is a Tungsten Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blade. It is made by fixing the tungsten carbide blade head to the steel base through the welding process.

- Steel base: Usually made of high-strength and high-toughness alloy steel, it ensures the overall rigidity and stability of the saw blade, capable of withstanding the impact force and torque during the cutting process.
- Hard alloy saw teeth: The main components are tungsten carbide and cobalt, etc. It has extremely high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain a sharp cutting edge, effectively dealing with the cutting of various complex materials.

- High wear resistance: The hard alloy cutter head has strong wear resistance. Even after long-term use or cutting hard materials, it can remain sharp, reducing the frequency of replacement, improving work efficiency and lowering usage costs.
- High cutting accuracy: The cutting head has been precisely ground, and the design focuses on cutting accuracy. Whether it is straight cutting or curved processing, it can ensure that the edge is neat and free of burrs, and the cutting accuracy can reach the millimeter level or even higher.
- Long service life and repairability: The service life far exceeds that of ordinary steel saw blades. When the blade head becomes dull, it can be ground and re-welded through professional equipment to further extend the service cycle.
- Safety and Stability: The manufacturing process undergoes strict dynamic balance tests. It has good stability during high-speed rotation, avoiding safety hazards caused by vibration. The base material has strong fatigue resistance and deformation resistance.

The TCT circular saw blade of our company is selected carbide grade and special designed tooth shape aim to reduce the breakage of carbide tips by inner scarf. This series blade all have PVD coating.To get the best sawing result,suitable cutting parameters must be applied.
