F100x5mm Automatic direct to square Tube Mill

  

TMain parameter:

F100×5 high frequency welded pipe line is specially for producing size OD 40 ~100 wall thickness 1.3 ~5.0 mm square tubes made of rolled steel strip, welded with a straight seam using high-frequency induction welding. The line apply PLC control and Full digital speed control system, fully automatic adjustment without changing rollers.

Working Flow:

 

Coil loading → uncoiling → shovel head → pinching&leveling → shearing and butt-welding→ accumulating → Feeding → Guiding → forming → HF welding → deburring → Weld seam polishing → water cooling → sizing and straightening → cut to length → run out table → automatic stacking and packing.

 

 

Main feature :

 

The line is driven and controlled by control panels and electrical cabinets with built-in PLC controller, electric motors; has a hydraulic system with hydraulic stations, pneumatic equipment, as well as emulsion supply units and works as a single technological complex.

Forming, sizing and straightening of material in an automatic pipe production line is carried out using roller equipment.

2.Main machine technical parameter and feature:

- There are 4 forming stands in the 1st profiling area, it is a single stand with two rollers, and both sides are deformed simultaneously. The roller is moving when the product specification is changed, and it is not necessary to change the rollers.

-There are 5 forming stands in the 2nd profiling area. The forming technology is the same as the 1st profiling area, both sides deforming at the same time. When tube specification is changed, it is not necessary to change the roller.

- The closed profiling area forming area and the squeeze rollers, do not need to change the rollers when the tube specification changes.

- Sizing and Straightening stand no need to change rollers when tube size changes.

 

3. Automatic stacking and packing machine

Function: Collecting run out tubes automatically and packing automatically.

Structure: Consist of tube fetching device, chained conveying mechanism, aligning device and stacking device.

 

Steel package requirements:

- Raw material specification: Square/Rectangular 40-100mm

- Length: 6-12 meters

- Wall thickness: 1.0 - 5.0 mm

- Package weight: ≤ 6.0T

- Package type: Pack width up to 620mm;Pack height up to 700mm

- Speed: 20-80M/ min (support the speed of the whole tube mill for each tube according to the speed tube table)

- Accuracy of the weighing 1kg/5tn

- Storage mechanism must have a capacity of storage of 6 packages.

- Equiped with Connection port rs232 to transit data of each weighing to the main accounting system.

- The wood size is customized according to customer's requirements.

- The total capacity of the wood square material bin is 180. (Designed according to customer's requirement)

- The steel strap joint (buckle) is located at the top of the steel pipe stack.

- The binding machine must support the productivity of the whole line.
