Steel Pipe Mill MG76

This equipment is specially used for producing Φ 25-Φ 76mm, δ1.3-4.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe(δ≤4,0mm).
It is made by refined materials in high precision and equipped with computer fixed length cutting saw. The main machine including forming, welding, cooling, sizing and straightening device, cut to length, run out table. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

Hot or cold-rolled steel strip (As per GB700-88, Q235, GB1591-88 or analogs)

Material: Low-carbon steel, low alloy steel.

The thickness of steel strip: 1.3-4.0mm (As per GB708-88)

The width of steel strip: 78-240mm

Milling speed: 15-60M/min (the speed is based on the thickness and pipe OD) OD 60х60х4,0 mm - 40 m/min; OD 60x40x1,7mm - 60m/min

Product precision: maximum tolerance of diameter ±0.05mm

High-frequency equipment power: 300 KW (Solid state)

Applicable power supply 380V/220V 50HZ.

Manufacturing process:

Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and butt-welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling → mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finished pipe → run-out table – The conveyor conveys pipes from run-out table to the packing machine---- The packing machine will stack the tubes automatically to quadrilateral ---- transport the whole stacked tubes to packing place.
