Decoiler Machine

The 15-ton decoiler machine is a medium to heavy-duty equipment. It is mainly suitable for steel coils weighing 15 tons or less. Its structure is centered on "strong load-bearing capacity and stable transmission", and its functions focus on "suitable for medium and heavy coils while taking into account operational accuracy".

1. Power System: It adopts medium and high-power hydraulic motors (some can be optionally equipped with high-torque motors + reducers), combined with a hydraulic pump station, to ensure low-speed stable unwinding and prevent the coil from getting stuck due to insufficient power.

2. Drum Mechanism:

- Expansion and contraction structure: Equipped with single/double acting hydraulic expansion and contraction cylinders **, it drives the inclined iron to extend and contract synchronously radially.

3. Support and Bearing Structure:

It can be equipped with a hydraulic auxiliary support arm (or idler roller) to hold the bottom of the steel coil or the end of the drum, preventing the heavy coil from sagging and causing the drum to deform.

The frame is of a welded box structure and has undergone aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring smooth operation without shaking.

4. Transmission and Braking System:

It is equipped with a hydraulic disc brake , which can quickly lock the drum when the machine stops to prevent the 15-ton steel coil from "rolling" due to its own weight, enhancing safety.

5. Control System: It adopts PLC+ touch screen control, which can display parameters such as uncoiling speed, tension force, and support arm pressure in real time. Supports interlocking speed regulation with subsequent straightening machines and shearing machines, and is compatible with semi-automated/automated production lines. It is equipped with built-in overload and overvoltage protection programs, and will automatically shut down and alarm in case of abnormality.

- Suitable for medium-sized heavy coils : The frame, main shaft, and bearings are designed for a load of 15 tons, capable of stably handling steel coils weighing no more than 15 tons.
- Power and Stability Balance : The hydraulic motor (or motor + reducer) has a moderate output torque, and when combined with the reducer, it achieves low-speed and stable uncoiling, avoiding speed fluctuations or power interruptions during thick plate uncoiling.
- Precise tensioning and plate protection : The hydraulic expansion and contraction cylinder can set differentiated tensioning forces according to the material of the steel coil (such as low-carbon steel, alloy steel), which not only prevents the steel coil from loosening and slipping, but also avoids deformation of the inner hole or surface damage of the steel coil due to excessive tensioning force.
- Safe, reliable and easy to maintain : Dual protection of hydraulic brake and overload protection eliminates the risk of rewinding and runaway. The core components (hydraulic motor, bearings, and reducer) are of industrial-grade conventional models, featuring low maintenance costs and a low failure rate.
- Compatible with production line linkage : Supports remote control and linkage with subsequent equipment (such as straightening machines, shearing machines), and can integrate deviation detection functions to reduce manual intervention. It is compatible with small and medium-sized plate processing production lines (such as mechanical parts and steel structure plate processing).
