Manual Decoiler Machine

Manual uncoiling machines are mainly used for uncoiling metal coils. Their core function is to achieve radial expansion and contraction of the coil through manual operation, thereby clamping or releasing the steel coil.

1. Automatic centering control: The automatic centering of the steel strip is achieved through the central control system (CPC) to ensure that the material remains centered during the processing. ‌

2. Tension control: Uncoiling is completed under the action of the rear tension of the steel strip, ensuring the stability of material transmission and processing accuracy. ‌

1. Steel plate welded structure: The body adopts a steel plate welded structure, which is of high strength and easy to install. Double-side 360°rotary.‌

2. Variable frequency speed control motor: After deceleration through the gearbox, it drives the drum shaft to provide stable power. ‌

3. Expansion and contraction drum design: The drum is a hollow shaft, supported by bearings, and connected to the sector plate with dovetail grooves to achieve radial expansion and contraction. ‌
